Delivery Times

If there is a product in the same order with a longer delivery time, it will be shipped at once after all the products in your order are prepared.
Tracking Your Order
You can get information about the status of your shipment from the My Orders section under the Customer Services menu 24 hours after the e-mail sent to you stating that your order has been shipped.
Shipment of Shipped Orders to Your Delivery Address

In Case the Cargo Company Cannot Reach You at the Time of Delivery
The cargo company will visit the delivery address you specified in your order 2 times, and if it cannot find anyone to deliver after 2 visits, the products will be brought back to laizaworld.com. In this case, if you contact laizaworld.com Customer Services, the products can be re-shipped according to your request.
Shipping Fees
The shipping fee for the products you order from the laizaworld.com online store or by phone is calculated according to the volumes (details*) of the original packages. The city-district information where the shipments will be made has no effect on the shipping fee.
According to this measurement system called deci, the desi of a product is calculated by dividing its volume in cubic centimeters by 3000. Shipping prices of products with decimal numbers are calculated by rounding up. This fee is collected by adding it to your total amount on the payment page.
